Deidre Spicer Maccannon, MD, MBA, is a co-founder of Awakenings 360º and a women's health expert whose robust career includes the roles of physician, teacher, researcher, 'Fortune 100' corporate consultant, writer, and public speaker.   In the field of OB/GYN, Dr. Maccannon has served as administrative Chief Resident at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and as co-director of the National Center of Excellence in Women's Health at the University of Michigan.  A specialist in the area of fibroid disease management, Dr. Maccannon founded the Hysterectomy Alternatives Program at Georgetown University.  In addition to her women's health advocacy work as president of Rachel's Well, Inc., Dr. Maccannon is a frequent speaker on numerous women's health topics, including improving access to quality healthcare and improving health through education and disease prevention.

Senovia Ross, M.ED, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapist.  She has over 15 years of combined experience serving individuals, couples, and families in both private and public sectors of the counseling field.  Her primary focus of treatment has been in the areas of depression, anxiety, martial conflict, and family dysfunction.  Mrs. Ross has an established private practice with A Center for Relationships in Alexandria, VA.  She is currently the President of the Alexandria Mocha Moms Chapter, located in Virginia.  Within the first year of joining Mocha Moms Inc., she teamed up with Dr. Maccannon (also a Mocha Mom) and co-founded Awakenings 360°, an organization empowering women to nurture themselves and pursue their dreams as a means of living their best lives.
